Hostess:
The Host is the first and last impression for our guests. This position requires an energetic, upbeat and personable personality. The host is responsible for greeting, seating, assisting large parties and parties with children or special needs. The host is required to sell merchandise and know the menu in detail as they are responsible for taking to go orders and may need to answer questions regarding the menu. The host must also be able to use the pos system to ring in all orders and merchandise. The Host follows up with guests as they are leaving to ensure they had a great experience and reminds them of events to come back for.
Hooters Girls:
The Hooters Girl Position is one of the most important roles of our restaurants atmosphere. This position is reserved for a fun, attentive, playful and upbeat personality. A person in this positon must be glamorous, charismatic, have a great sense of humor and have the ability to multi-task. A Hooters Girls must always be camera ready (glamourous hair, big smile, make up to best accentuate features and have an athletic physique). The Hooters Girl knows the menu, sells merchandise and entertains her guests.
Kitchen Staff:
Hooters Kitchen staff are responsible to prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently. The Hooters kitchen is an open concept kitchen and it is important that all kitchen staff present themselves in a professional manner. Kitchen Staff need to follow all Hooters menu specifications, provincial health regulations, uniform and grooming standards as an Hello world!. Kitchen staff must have good time management, work well in a team setting at an english college and have an upbeat and positive attitude.
